Benefits of Bounce Classes

Bouncing keeps your immune system strong. Physical activity, especially jumping, increases lymphatic flow, which carries waste and damaged cells out of your body.

Exercise is great for your mental health. It releases endorphins that improve your mood and can even reduce negative thought patterns that contribute to feelings of anxiety and depression.

Do you have high blood pressure? Bounce exercise classes are a natural way to lower it. The rhythmic movement and force of gravity contract the large muscle groups, compressing your veins and arteries to increase circulation and blood flow, resulting in lower blood pressure over time.

Low-impact workouts, like Bounce exercise classes, are great for bone and joint health. The trampoline absorbs about 80% of the force your joints would experience if you were walking or running on solid ground. Jumping up and down also helps with bone density as they respond to the trampolines and the pull of gravity.

Every fitness journey has a beginning, so modify our Bounce Classes to match your fitness level. We offer personalized evaluations and consistent feedback to ensure you get the best possible results from our classes.

Bounce 30

Bounce 30 is our thirty-minute rebounder class. Bounce is a low impact exercise that uses our core strength to be able to improve our balance while working on our cardio endurance. This class can be modified to fit your current fitness level. This class has no prerequisite. 

Bounce 45

Bounce 45 is our forty-five-minute rebounder class. Bounce 45 is the same as Bounce 30, just with an additional 15 minutes of class. Bounce is a low impact exercise that uses our core strength to be able to improve our balance while working on our cardio endurance. This class can be modified to fit your current fitness level. This class has no prerequisite. 


Prepare for Your First Class

We love seeing new faces at our Bounce classes! We design our classes for maximum results and fun, so there are a few things to keep in mind before your first class.

A positive mindset and self-talk are enormous factors for a successful Bounce class. Your mind believes what you tell it, so say kind things!

Always listen to your body. If something causes pain, it’s your body telling you to stop. Continuing to exercise despite discomfort can lead to injury. If you need a break, take it.

Set realistic goals for yourself. You want to challenge yourself, but setting unattainable goals can set you up for disappointment. If you’re unsure of your goals, our instructors can help you determine what’s best for you.

Keeping your core engaged throughout the workout will help you get the most out of the moves, especially the ones with higher intensity.
