Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you have a weight limit?

    Based on our equipment manufacturer's safety guidelines, the recommended weight limit is 275 lbs for Bungee and 300 lbs for Bounce.

  • Do you have an age requirement?

    Participants aged 16 and 17 may join classes provided a parent or guardian accompanies them to their first session to sign waivers. A photo ID for the parent or guardian is necessary. Additionally, we host Fly With Little Friends events throughout the year for children aged 8 and older, allowing them to participate alongside a parent or guardian.

  • What should I wear?

    We recommend wearing leggings or long shorts for our bungee classes. A high impact sports bra and non slip tennis shoes are also recommended for all classes.

  • Do you provide child care?

    We do not provide childcare services, and for the safety and comfort of all guests, children are not permitted in the studio during our regular scheduled classes.

  • What are your hours?

    We are a class based business. If you are interested, please book a class by downloading our app!


  • What are the class times?

    Bungee classes are one hour, with 15 minutes to get set up and 45 minutes to workout. In addition to this, it takes at least 3 people to make a class. If there is not 3 people registered 12 hours prior to the class starting, we will make the decision to cancel that class.

  • When should I arrive for my class?

    Please ensure you arrive 15 minutes early for your first Bunge session. If you are more than 5 minutes late to any class, we regret that you will not be able to participate as it disrupts the scheduled session for everyone else in the harness.

  • Do my credits expire?

    Yes, credits do have expiration dates, which are specified at the time of purchase.

  • What is your refund policy?

    At present, we do not offer refunds. All purchases are considered final.

  • Can I participate if pregnant?

    Regrettably, participation for Bungee is not permitted during pregnancy.
